Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 27 th June 2010 in the Learning Resources Centre at Dover College at 11.30 am

The outgoing President of the Club, James Ryeland, will open the meeting and then introduce his successor who will chair the rest of the proceedings.

4. Treasurer’s Financial Report and Adoption of the Club Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2009
5. Election of Officers for 2010 – 2011
   • Nominations: Chairman John Sinclair
   • Treasurer Richard Robinson
   • Secretary Richard Upton
   • Any variations to the above nominations will be posted on the OD Club website www.olddovorians.com closer to the date of this AGM.
   • Any additional nominations must be submitted to the Club’s Hon. Secretary by 28th May
6. Elections to the Committee 2010 – 2013
   • Nominations: Ashley Burton
   • Any variations or additions to the above will be posted on the OD Club website closer to the date of this AGM.
   • The following retire by rotation: Sunil Devalia, Niall Sullivan
   • Devalia seeks re-election
7. War Memorial and Endowment Fund
• Adoption of the Accounts and Report of the War Memorial and Endowment Fund

9. Any Other Business
• Luncheon will be in the Refectory after the AGM. After lunch there will be an informal meeting of the Committee. The Cricket match at Maxton will start at 12.00.
