Dover College Class of 1984 Reunion

Friday, 9th July

  • 6pm till midnight

  • 10 minute walk from Richmond Tube (District Line) also a British Rail Station
  • £10 per person which we have to pay in advance this includes:
  • Room hire
  • Waiter service
  • A small selection of canapés
  • Drinks can be ordered via the waiter and a credit/debit card can be put behind the bar
  • One of those summer barbeques is available if anyone needs more to eat

Saturday, 10th July

  • 12:10 Train from London Charing Cross to Dover Priory arriving 14:02
  • Either bring some lunch or grab some at the station
  • You need to book transport and accommodation yourselves
  • Prices vary enormously but you can buy tickets for less than £30 if you book train times in advance, check the National Rail Enquiry Journey Planner: ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/en/s/planjourney/query
  • Some people may drive, in which case, petrol money could be divided

  • That Saturday night is currently £69 – this chain goes by the room so single/double/twin is the same price but prices do vary and of course it’s cheaper the earlier you book

Sunday, 11th July

  • 12:00 Picnic Western Heights (weather permitting)
  • Bring your own lunch – there is a Marks and Spencer on the high street
  • 15:24 Train back to Charing Cross arriving 17:23

Don’t forget the fast train from St Pancras, it get to Dover in just over an hour!

Please could those attending the event do what they can to collect photos and stories, so that we can create a fabulous review of the event?
