6. To Consider and, if thought fit, to accept and adopt the following changes to the OD Club Rules:
   1. Rule 4 (c) to receive add “(to the extent not already listed on the website of the Old Dovorian Club)”..delete “lists of members”….
   2. Rule 5  …registered in the lists..add “held by the Old Dovorian Club or otherwise registered on the database of members of the Old Dovorian website”..delete “furnished by the Honourable Secretary” …..
   3. Rule 17 ..or unpaid agents….add “The Headmaster of Dover College shall be entitled to attend (but shall have no vote) meetings of the Old Dovorian Club, unless the Committee shall resolve otherwise.”
   4. New Rule 19 add “The Old Dovorian Club shall be entitled to operate, maintain and pay for a website for the benefit of its Members. Members shall be entitled (to the extent the website permits) to register such information with respect to each such Member as such Member deems fit, recognising (and therefore providing consent in relation thereto) that other Members registered on the website may be able to view such information.”
   5. Old Rule 19, now Rule 20 ….delivered if add “(i) they are listed on the official website of the Old Dovorian Club and/or (ii)”…
   6. Old Rule 25, now 26 ..in force. add “For the avoidance of doubt a copy of the rules shall be deemed to have been made available to every Member if such rules are listed on the official website of the Old Dovorian Club.”

The outgoing President of the Club, James Ryeland, will open the meeting and then introduce his successor who will chair the rest of the proceedings.
