The Old Dovorian Club’s membership stretches across the world, it is a truly international old school club, with a network that spans over a hundred different countries.

As a result, you will find Old Dovorians in Europe, the Far East, the Middle East, Australia, Africa, Asia, and in the Americas.

We are delighted to share that George Blankson  (85 – 90) has agreed to lead the OD Club satellite which covers the whole of Africa, Mauritius and Seychelles, as well as being a point of contact if OD’s wish to connect, whether they’re visiting or live in Africa. George is passionate about Dover College, the OD Club and connecting with ODs from all eras.

George arranged a very successful reunion for OD’s in Lagos in 2019 which was enjoyed by many, of whom had travelled specifically to attend this event   .

George has a vast amount of experience within the Hotel and Conference industry within Nigeria, and West Africa, working as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Bon Hotels for West Africa, also Le Meridien Hotels as well, George is now Managing Director of Africlade Mercatique, which specialise in Event Management and Hospitality Consultancy
