School House Annual Lunch (1951 – 1960) at the Royal Thames Yacht Club, Knightsbridge,
On Friday 21st October a number of Old Dovorians from around the world had their annual lunch, at the Royal Thames Yacht Club in Knightsbridge.
The following Old Dovorians from 1951 to 1960 were in attendance, Patrick Kirwan, Peter Christensen, Patrick King, Tony Bunting, Clive de B Hovell, Roger Kagan, Mike Lightbourn, Ray Dias, Roger de B Hovell.
Unfortunately, the following were unable to attend and sent their apologies, Anthony Lancaster, Andrew Grogono, John Leslie, Don Butler, Simon Wagstaffe, Ross Beckett
Clive de B Hovell came over from Australia and Mike Lightbourn came over from the Bahamas. Unfortunately, Don Butler was unable to come over from Canada on this occasion.
By the looks of it a good time was had by all, and frinships that were forged at the College in some cases seventy years ago were resumed The Lunch commenced at midday and ended at 6.30pm!
