Jonny Heaver

Having just graduated with a first class honours degree from the University of Liverpool, I have built up extensive work experience across working for an online tutoring company as well as founding my own company Achiever Tutoring.

Achiever Tutoring is an established tutoring company offering bespoke in person and online sessions across the country from young expert tutors. With a record of thousands of completed sessions with what’s nearing 100 happy clients, the business is going from strength to strength. I’ve recently branched out into small business consultancy work.

As well as being an experienced educator through employment and self employment, I have had direct experience in recruitment, advertising and marketing, management, motivating a team, dealing with clients, administration, logistics, time management and bootstrapping a company.

As well as this, I’ve worked for In Harmony Liverpool as a Placement Assistant through my placement module at university. Here I gained experience in assistant music teaching, administration, communicating with varied stakeholders, presenting, carrying out SMART objectives as well as practice with Excel.

Previously, I have worked as a Ministry Intern for St George’s church in Kent, a Guest Host at Number One B&B in Kent, Proof Reader for the Astor Theatre in Kent as well as experience with fundraising through Tearfund’s Emerging Influencers Programme.

I’m currently on the lookout for a new job where I can utilise my past experience whilst employing a full time manager to oversee my company.
