The Old Dovorian Club President, Margo Mayhew (D76-81) met with the Headmaster, Simon Fisher and the Bursar, Andrew Hodkinson on Monday.  She was warmly welcomed and very much enjoyed walking around the College during term time and discussing how the Old Dovorian Club can support new leavers.

Margo reports, “It was marvellous to see the College in action.  Our alma mater really is in good hands; it has a family feel to it and has grown up and improved in so many ways, since I was a pupil.  I particularly liked that Duckworth is becoming a VI form boarding house, helping the girls to prepare for University, by doing their own laundry and learning life skills, in readiness for their next step in life.  The new performing arts centre will be an exciting addition to the College and I’m looking forward to returning with OD friends to see plays.”
