Old Dovorian Club London Cocktail Party 2024

As we look ahead to Christmas and the New Year, with January comes our annual Old Dovorian Club London Cocktail Party.

Together with your spouse, partner, friends, or guests the OD Club invite you to join us for an evening of reminiscence and good times with friends old and new.

This year, once again the event will be held at the RAF Club on Friday 19th January 2024, from 19.00 to 23.00, at “The RAF Club” in Piccadilly, London.

The price of the tickets for this year’s event will be £50.00. However, there are a number of options available to reduce the cost of your ticket price available, as outlined below.

• Discount Codes available to obtain a £10.00 discount per ticket.
• This same Discount Code can be passed to your OD friends, so that when they use your unique Discount Code, you earn a further discount of £2 per ticket, which will be credited back to you by the end of January 2024
• Your Discount Code can be used up to 20 times – only 50 Discount Codes available, issued on a “First come first served “basis.
• If your Discount Code is used 20 times, you get your ticket for free. – A great way to get a group of your friends, OD friends, and year group along.
• Discount Codes are available until midnight on the 31^st December 2023
• All Discount Codes have to be redeemed by midnight on Thursday 11^th January 2024

To obtain your discount code, then please email The OD Club Treasurer quoting your name, years at school and house, who will issue and send you your discount code by return. When you receive your code a link will be provided to enable you to purchase your tickets.

Dress Code:  Smart – Jacket & Tie / Dress.  The RAF Club has a strict dress code and can refuse admission for non-adherence.

Terms and Conditions.

Only OD Club Life members can apply for a discount code.  The Discount code gives £10 discount per ticket purchased and can be used a maximum of 20 times. Discount codes are available until midnight 31/12/2023.  Discount codes expire at mid night on Thursday 11^th January 2024.  Standard ticket price of £50 will apply from 00.01 Friday 12^th January 2024.  All discount codes are issued by the OD Club directly on application to the OD Club treasurer.  All additional discounts earnt will be credited back to the original applicant of the discount code by the end of January 2024 via the OD Club Stripe account. The OD Club reserves the right to refuse to issue a discount code. The OD Club will verify the person who is requesting a discount code is a paid-up member of the OD Club as per the OD Club register. No refunds will be given.  All previous discounts & deals issued by the OD Club do not apply.
