For the masons attending, there will be a Lodge Meeting at the Masonic Hall in Snargate Street, Dover. It is planned that during the Lodge Meeting our ladies and non-masonic guests will have an historical tour of the College, followed by afternoon tea.
Everyone will then assemble for a Champagne Reception, followed by the Ladies Festival Dinner in the Refectory of Dover College, which is one of the oldest working refectories in England; dating back to the 12th Century
15.30hrs – Assemble with Ladies and guests at Dover College, Effingham Crescent, Dover, CT17 9RH, Brethren travel to Snargate Masonic Hall for the meeting of the OD Lodge.
15.45 – 16.45 hrs – Afternoon tea on the Close weather permitting for Ladies and guests not attending the Lodge meeting
16.00 – 17.00hrs – Lodge meeting.
18.30 – 19.30hrs – Champagne Reception on the College Close. Weather permitting
19.30 – 22.00hrs – Ladies’ Festival Dinner in the College Refectory
