Attendance and whether dining, with names of guests, must be notified to the Secretary.
All bookings for dinner must be communicated by dining slips accompanied by the correct fee. Bookings for dinner cannot be accepted unless they have been paid for. Any brother booking dinner and not giving due notice of non-attendance will be charged for the dinner.
