Kimberley Sterling (D03 -08) has just returned from an operational tour with the 1st Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles in Kosovo, as part of the NATO operation to help relocate and settle Afghan former employees of NATO.
The deployment was a 60 day operation, completed by 140 troops from the Royal Gurkha Files, along with additional personnel from across the UK Armed forces, who are providing force protection and assistance in processing about 2,000 former NATO contractors and their families.
About 150 Afghan former NATO employees and their families will be relocated to the UK after being evacuated from Afghanistan
The Trowbridge Philharmonic Choir , supported an orchestra of past Trinity College musicians , all under the baton of Graham Dalby S71 – 76, who performed an anniversary concert to remember the 230 years since Mozart died, in which they performed his wonderful Requiem.
One of the principle soloists was in fact Graham Dalby’s daughter, Cassie Dalby, who is mezzo – soprano, who attended the Royal College of Music, and is a budding young classical soloist who has already made her mark .

Yomi Otubushin M75 – 78 has had his short film, titled “Alien Cowboy” has been chosen to be screened at the Munich short film festival “Zuschauerkino”!! The selected films will then be also shown on Vimeo till the end of the year!

In December this year Dai Fujikura had his composition titled “Ghost of Christmas” played by the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, which was aired on BBC Radio 3 as part of there “Afternoon Concert” program .
