Roger Kagan was elected in 2021 to the OD Club Committee, and is due for re election 2024, Roger was at the College in St Martin’s House from 1957 to 1962, Roger is a Past President of the club, Treasurer, and currently a Vice President of the Club, as well as a past Governor of the College.

Roger is a consultant in international and national freight specialising in legal, regulatory especially hazardous goods and the H & S relative to same, Roger is also a Director of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers Ltd, as well as being Chairman of Pamet International Ltd specialising in all matters freight consultancy outside of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers Ltd
