The Club is run by a Committee, consisting of three Officers, a Chairman (currently Robert McAlpin M 71 - 76), a Treasurer (currently Richard Robinson L 80 - 85) and a Secretary (currently Ben Hadman S 04-11) alongside the members of the Committee.
Officers are elected annually, with Committee members elected every three years. All can stand for more than one term if they wish.
The overall head of the Club is its President, (Currently is Mr Edward Lewis, who was in School House 1979 to 1984), elected in 2023 for a single two-year term.
The Club holds its Annual General Meeting, chaired by the Club President, which is held at Dover College in the summer, to coincide with OD Sunday at the College, and the annual OD Club cricket match.
In addition, the Committee will meet four or five times a year in London, England.

Edward was elected as President of the OD Club in 2023, Edward is a Solicitor specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence claims and was made President of the Kent Law Society in 2017. Edward was at Dover College in School House between 1979 and 1984.
Rupert Hill, is a former Master at The College, finally retiring in 2021 after spending over 20 years on the College staff, as a House Master of Lemington House, Head of Geography, and College Archivist. In 2022 Rupert was Co Opted onto the committee as the OD Club Liaison Officer with the College, helping to organise OD Club events at the College.
Liv was elected to the Committee in 2022 and is due for re election 2025. Liv is currently working as an editorial and features writer within the publication called “insideKENT” Liv was in Duckworth House until she left the College in 2013
Ollie was at the College from 2000 to 2008 in school house, Ollie has only recently finished his three year term on the OD Club committee, However remains as part of the OD Club committee in the role as one of the clubs Co – Opted members
Tony (Anthony) Bunting was elected to the committee in 2022 and is due for re election 2025. Tony was at the College in 1960 to 65 in school house. Tony is a past President of the OD Club, and is currently a Vice President of the Club.
Roger Kagan was elected in 2021 to the OD Club Committee, and is due for re election 2024, Roger was at the College in St Martin’s House from 1957 to 1962, Roger is a Past President of the club, Treasurer, and currently a Vice President of the Club, as well as a past Governor of the College.
Roger Hovell was Elected in 2022 to the OD Club Committee, and is due for re election 2025, Roger is a past President of the Old Dovorian Club and is a current Vice President of the Club. Roger was in school house when he was at the College from1953 to 1958, he went on to study at Cambridge University
Robert McAlpin was in St Martins House from 1971 to 1976, he went onto study Furniture Production and Management ,In 2019 Robert was elected President of the Old Dovorian Club, before being elected Chairman of the Old Dovorian Club in 2022 after his term of President had been completed
Richard Robinson was in Lemington House from 1980 to 85, Richard has held a number of offices on the Old Dovorian Club Committee, He was Chairman of the OD Club until 2022, when he moved to his current office of Treasure of the Old Dovorian Club.
William joined the College in School House in 2012 into the sixth form, leaving in 2014, he graduated from Queen Mary University in London in 2017, William is currently working for Alesco (part of the Arther J Gallagher Group) working with global clients to assist with their construction insurance needs.
Graduated from Greenwich University with a degree in Criminology and Law, in 2011 and is currently under taking a Masters Degree through the Open University in criminal law. Jane’s role within the OD Club is the OD Club Membership Liaison Officer, which involves maintaining and manage the OD Club register, as well as supporting the administration side of the OD Club
Jonny was head boy whilst at the College, and was in School House from 2015 to 2019, Jonny has just graduated from Liverpool University and is also the founder of a very successful “Online” and “One to One” tutoring business, which helps to support and prepare children in preparation for their 11+ and GCSE’s in particular
Elected in 2021 Due for re election 2024 John Sinclair was at the College in School House from 1962 to 67. John is also a past President and Chairman of the Old Dovorian Club, he now is currently serving as a member of the committee. as well as being a Trustee of the Old Dovorian Trust
Elected to the Committee in 2022 Due for re election 2025 Igor was in School House at Dover college from 2005-2009. Following Dover College, he went on to study for a BSc in Economics and Politics and an MSc in Banking and Finance at Queen Mary, University of London.
Ben was at the College from 2006 to 2011 in School House, He first joined the OD Club Committee in 2015 as a committee member before becoming the Club’s secretary in 2021, Following a degree in chemistry, he now works in marketing for early stage life science and biotech companies, helping them commercialise new products.
